Cecile LAFOURNAISE and Maxime POITRAS were married on 17 June 1872 in St. Francois Xavier, Red River Settlement.²⁴ Maxime POITRAS²⁴, son of Pierre POITRAS and Marie BRUYERE, was born on 11 March 1839.

Cecile LAFOURNAISE and Maxime POITRAS had the following children:
