Effie May JEROME and Charles Clovis "Charley" COE were married in 1916.¹¹⁴ Charles Clovis "Charley" COE was born on 27 August 1890 in Decatur, Illinois.¹¹⁴ He lived (coal miner) in Lovington Twp., Moultrie County, Illinois in 1920.³⁵ He lived (steel mill) in Wyandotte, Michigan, USA in 1930.³⁶ Charley died in 1970 at the age of 80.¹¹⁴ He was an Engineer.¹¹⁴
